Private coaching offers many advantages. I will make sure to count in all individual factors such as lifestyle and your strengths and weaknesses to get the most out of you. You will have my undivided attention and I will make sure you can push past your limits safely.

 

Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle building, sports specific training or an improvement in your flexibility, personal training is the most efficient way to reach your goals and improve your health and well being.

 

Packages of 6, 12 and 30 sessions are available.
1:1 coaching: 200.-/h
Additional person: +100.-

Trigger point therapy

 

Quite often, the root cause of impaired function and pain is located in a different area than the actual pain is felt.
Trigger points in a muscle can easily be overlooked as a source of pain; a hurting upper arm can sometimes still be painful, even after treatment, because the trigger points causing the pain are in the shoulder or neck area, for example.
A thorough assessment will bring clarity and define the next necessary steps.

 

The primary goal is to get rid of your pain and gain back your range of motion.

 

​Methods used:

 

  • manual trigger point therapy
  • ANF therapy (Amino neuro frequency therapy)
  • Stretching, elements of yoga and strength training
  • Methods like Gua Sha, cupping, flossing bands

 

Therapy is available in packages of 3 and 6 sessions, or as part of personal training.

Online coaching offers individualized training programs that you can can do independent of location. After the initial assessment
you will get a new training plan at the beginning of the month.
Each training plan contains precise descriptions of all exercises and progressions, and a video link if necessary.
You will have unlimited email support. If you are in the area, it is always possible to come to the studio and go through the plan in a personal training.

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  • For calisthenics: Rings, parallel bars, pullup bar, rubber band.
  • For gym fundamentals: Dumbbells, barbell and weight plates, cable system,
  • willingness to train hard and according to the plan, between 3-8x a week.

 

Online Coaching is available as a 12 week program.  330.-/Mt.

After an accident on the trampoline, I found myself in chronic pain for almost an entire year. The usual ways of treating my back barely brought any change. After the doctor told me I could never again in my life lift more than 10Kg, I set out to research the human body and study and develop different concepts on my own.
Through researching and experimenting I found more and more methods that eventually helped me to become completely pain free.
I was fascinated by how fast my pain improved just by doing the right things at the right time.
Today I love teaching what I know now and help people to optimize their health.

 

I call well structured training «the first domino»: If you make training a part of your daily life, you will see how much better everything related to your health will be. Better sleep, more energy, stronger immune function and higher levels of resilience and performance.

 

I offer an individual and holistic service that relies on proven methods – whether you are a mother and house wife, CEO or athlete.
